Dialog offers two type of Work From Home / E- Learning Packages to all it users.

• Dialog Zoom Package & Office 365 Package (Only Work for these two apps only)
• Work and Learn Package – Zoom, Google, Microsoft, YouTube, Education Apps and Web Browsing

Zoom & Office 365 Package Rs.165 & 540 Package

The first Package Zoom and Office 365 Package has two options

1. Rs. 165 (Inclusive of taxes) it offers Anytime Data Video Conferencing 25GB
   and has Validity up to 30 Days.
2. Rs. 540 (Inclusive of taxes) it offers Anytime Data Video Conferencing Unlimited
   but note it (SD Quality).It also has the same Validity as the above package 30 Days.

How to Activate Dialog Zoom Package 165 and 540

• You need a Dialog 4G SIM and 4G Handset

Dialog Zoom Package Activation methods

• Reload (via retail outlets, online banking, eZ Cash & Genie, Star Points)
  • eZ Cash
    Go to Bill Payment/Reload > Select Dialog Mobile > Enter the amount (Internet Card Value) > Select the card on the Bill details  Click on Pay >  Enter the eZ Cash PIN number
  • Genie
    Go to Make a payment > Click on ADD (+) mark to add your number > Select Dialog Mobile > Enter the Mobile number > Enter the amount (Internet Card Value) and click on next  > Enter your Genie payment PIN number
  • Star Points
    Customer should type STAR PAY (amount) and send to 141 E.g: To activate a Rs.165 package, type STAR<space>PAY<space>165 and SMS to 141
• USSD > Dial #678# and go to Mobile Data Plans and select Video Conference Plan
• Visit the MyDialog app to activate Zoom Package Dialog
• Visit sm.dialog.lk/data to activate

Work & Learn Package Rs.495 & 995 Package

This package is has some advantage than the Rs.165 and 540 Zoom Package. You can access Zoom, Google, Microsoft, YouTube, Education Apps and Web Browsing.

1. Rs. 495 (Inclusive of Taxes) Anytime Work & Learn Data 12GB and has a Validity of
   30 Days.After the 12GB for the extra usage you will be charged Rs. 0.30 + tax per MB.
2. Rs. 995 (Inclusive of Taxes) Anytime Work & Learn Data 30GB and has a validity of 30 days.After the 30GB for the extra usage you will be charged Rs. 0.30 + tax per MB.

How to Activate Work & Learn Package Rs.495 & 995 Package

Activation methods

• This Pack cannot be used to access below applications/ websites
  • Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, Weibo)
  • Streaming Media (Netflix, iflix, Amazon Prime, Zee5, other identifiable Movie Streaming apps/services)
  • Tik Tok
  • Movie Downloading (E.g.: Torrent & other identifiable movie downloading links)
  • Identifiable Adult content
  • Identifiable Online Gaming
  • Tunnelling / vpn
• However, customer can use all applications/ websites mentioned above without any restriction from any other activated data pack or PAYG (Pay As You Go) method.
• Customer should have both 4G device and 4G SIM to activate this pack.
• Excess usage charges will be LKR 0.3 per MB (Excluding tax)
• Prepaid customer will be able to activate these plans as one-time activation plans and able to activate the packages multiple times.
