All the Sri lankan are very busy on Fuel Pass Register.‘ALREADY REGISTERED USER’, ‘mobile number not found’ “vehicle number and chassis number mismatch“. are mostly getting error.
This is the very common error most of the users are getting. but so far this error message is caused by a main reason.
If you are getting ‘mobile number not found’ I think you have to do a re-register on the website again. You can check the below SMS as the confirmation.
You now contact ICTA if you have any problems with registration.

Vehicle registrations with “Sri –“ to only enter the vehicle number in columns

Other wise if you are with New Vehicle Number and getting this type of error message. please wait and try after few hours.
Yes in our vehicle also getting the same problem as vehical number and chassis number is not matching. Trying lot but still the error is there. If there is any method to get through pls let us know. Thank you for your support.

What is this piece of shit. Tried several times and filled everything correctly. After the submission, API giving a bad response about “Already registered user”. Then I tried to login, but it provides “Mobile number not found” error response. I think grade 10 IT student can do better job than ICTA when developing the system. Suck!

Hi, for 2 phone numbers I am getting the same message as ‘RETRY’ and then when I do, next it says ‘ALREADY REGISTERED USER’ but when I go to the login it says ‘MOBILE NUMBER NOT FOUND’. If I am registered I have to get the code but I didn’t receive the QR code. And they are not allowing to re-register too. I got a telephone number of the Fuel Pass Authority but they are not answering the phone. Anyone knows what I can do ?

If New Registrations are not allowed, it should be clearly mentioned in the First Registration Page.
It seems that they can’t program a proper reasonable error for users.

Registered as van by mistake for the Tata batta Lorry its converted as dual purpose vehicle
I am entitled only fir 20 liters when all the dual purpose lorries are entitled for 50 liters.
Due to this I deleted the profile and tried to re-register . Selected instead of van I selected category lorry but I get a mis match either chassis no. Or vehicle type. Thus not a van dual purpose lorry
