ClubHouse App Supports Spatial Audio for iOS Devices : Many people have heard about the Clubhouse app these days and it is safe to say that it is an indispensable audio based social media. So, although the first version of this audio based platform called Clubhouse was released only for iOS device users, they have now gone beyond that and made this app available for Android users as well.
Following the release of a beta feature from the Clubhouse service last month, the app introduced a way to connect without an invite, currently creating around 600,000 rooms per day in the Clubhouse, with the average person staying on the platform for more than 60 minutes a day. Clubhouse reports.
Already, Spatial Audio technology is being used in a variety of other streaming platforms, and in a previous article we informed you that Netflix provided Spatial Audio support for the Netflix app for the iPhone and iPad.
However, the Spatial Audio feature is still available for iOS based devices, and Clubhouse also posted a tweet on the Clubhouse’s official twitter account about spatial audio support for the Clubhouse app for iOS.
This spatial audio technology creates a three-dimensional virtual space in the user that enables users listening to a clubhouse conversation to experience the kind of conversation that takes place in a truly crowded room. It is also reported that this technology works well with bluetooth or wired headphones.
The spatial audio technology is not yet available for Android users using the clubhouse, and Spatial audio will soon be added to the Clubhouse version for Android, according to the clubhouse’s official blog.
Spatial audio support for the iOS Clubhouse app has already been added to their latest version of Clubhouse, and this feature can be accessed by updating to the latest version of the Clubhouse app through the Apple App Store.
You can also enable or disable the Spatial Audio for iOS Devices feature as you wish through the Clubhouse app for iOS devices.
