These sensors monitor a variety of health data, including blood oxygen monitoring, heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, fall detection, exercise, and more.
The new Apple watch series 7 contains the latest version of the watch OS. (watchOS 8) In addition to the health and fitness features mentioned above, watch OS 8 has several new features including larger UI features and two new watch faces.
A QWERTY keyboard designed for the Apple watch 7 is also included.
The Apple watch series 7 device is available for a starting price of 399$. Apple has not yet released any pricing information.
