Samsung Galaxy A Series Receives Security Updates for 5 years : Samsung has announced that it will be offering Android Security Updates for the Samsung Galaxy A series for 5 years.
These include the Galaxy S21 Series, the Galaxy S22 Series and the upcoming Galaxy S Series Devices, Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the upcoming Galaxy Z Devices, the Galaxy Tab S8 Series and the upcoming Galaxy. Includes Tab S Series Devices.
However, according to the information posted on their website, Samsung is preparing to provide 4 years of OS updates and 5 years of security updates for the Galaxy S, Z, Tablets Series as well as selected devices in the upcoming Galaxy A Series.
This indicates that the forthcoming Galaxy A53 and Galaxy A73 devices will be eligible for 4 years OS updates and 5 years Security Updates.
However, the A5x Seires have always been one of the most popular devices in the Samsung A Series. Therefore, these devices are also more likely to qualify for this.
