OnePlus has been using Oxygen OS Android Skin for their smartphones for many years. Also recently OnePlus and Oppo merged their ColourOS Teams and OxygenOS Codebase.
Also, OnePlus is currently working on Oxygen OS 13 based on Android 13 and it has been stated that this version will have an “Aquamorphic Design”. However, it can be said that this design has some similarities with Samsung’s old Android Skin.
Features of Oxygen OS 13
Through Oxygen OS 13, it will be possible to create folders that are larger than the size of the home screen, and the apps used for these folders will also be given the ability to open the folder without opening it.
Also, this update will provide additional functionality and widgets along with the changeable Always-on Display Feature, and on the one hand, Quick Access to Apps will be provided with the Sidebar Toolbox to make it easier to use the phone.
Apart from this, Google’s Audio Switch tech, Fast Pair integration and Spatial Audio/Dolby Atmos etc. facilities are available through this update and many other new facilities such as Privacy Safe 2.0 Version, Nearby Share support, AI system booster and App Streaming are to be provided.
